 "Simon covered our much needed holiday just after lockdown, as we just needed time out. An absolute professional and a very safe pair of hands he proved to be. We are cask ale focused, and were worried about who might take over our cellar, whilst away, but not at all, Simon has a fellowship with BII, and we discovered has won many CAMRA awards himself. Needless to say we returned after two weeks to both happy customers, and staff alike, we will use again."
