"We were supplied six weeks relief management cover recently, while we recruited, and interviewed a new manager, due to our current manager falling ill. Jonathan was our relief, and was very professional in all aspects of running the pub. Customers and staff were all happy, and takings even slightly increased. When we recruited our new manager Simon arranged to do cellar management training on site, in our own cellar with four of our full time bar staff, this was great to share a workload with the new manager, and we only had to pay one fee, for four people, we cant thank HHS enough, and they will definitely be coming back later in the year"
