"We used Simon to provide us with four weeks relief management cover, when I had a bike accident back in 2019 before lockdown, as I was out of action six weeks. My wife tried managing on her own for the first couple of weeks, but then we luckily found Simon. He ran the pub well for us, and took away all the stress, which gave my wife the freedom to help me recover quicker than expected. He is very professional, an ex full time landlord, and very good in the cellar, and with the locals, we have since had him back to cover two holidays, and would highly recommend"
