 We were provided with managerial cover for our busy food led pub, while our management team took a break, but remained on site. This was also half term, and we were very pleased with the calibre of manager we received, even though our assigned relief manager had to stay in a local hotel we provided, they were very diligent and professional at all times, and nothing seemed too much trouble.
